• You are responsible for the content of the images you resize. You confirm that you either own the images, have the right to modify them, or that the images are in the public domain.

Because images are processed locally in your browser, you are responsible for ensuring the security and legality of files on your own device.

Image resizing involves loss of information — especially when significantly reducing dimensions or using lossy formats like JPEG at low quality settings. Always keep backups of your original files.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XinYuMaTou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of image quality, corruption of files, or any loss resulting from reliance on the tool's output.

In no event shall total liability for any claims related to the Service exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Service (which, for the free tool, is zero).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or certain types of damages, so some portions of this section may not apply to you.
